Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time โ we currently ship within the United States only. Every order, every state, always free.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Zero. Free โ every single order, no minimum, no code needed. That's just how we do it at Blackbird.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We start packing your order within 1โ2 business days (MondayโSaturday). Once it's on its way, transit takes another 3โ4 business days (MondayโSaturday). So from the day you order, you're typically looking at 4โ6 business days total.
What's the order cut off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will start processing that same day. Anything after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Do you ship on Sundays?
We don't process or ship on Sundays โ but we'll be back at it bright and early Monday morning.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have my package. What do I do?
First โ check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark things delivered a little early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, reach out to us at contact@blackbirdboutique.shop and we'll help you figure out next steps. We don't leave our customers hanging.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Contact us immediately at contact@blackbirdboutique.shop โ the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of catching it in time. We move fast once an order is placed, so please don't wait.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Your item must be unworn, unused, tags still on, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Don't just send it back โ reach out to us first at contact@blackbirdboutique.shop and we'll walk you through everything. Items sent back without contacting us first won't be accepted.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you're unsure about something before you buy โ just ask us first.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know right away if it's approved. If it is, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time on their end to post it.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
Open your package as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered โ contact us right away. We'll make it right. Every time. No runaround, no hassle.
Can I exchange my item?
Absolutely. Return your original item first, and once it's accepted, place a new order for what you actually want. It's the fastest and cleanest way to get exactly what you're looking for.

Is my payment information secure?
100% yes. Every transaction is fully encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card details โ not even we can see them once your order goes through. Shop with complete confidence. ๐ค
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the moment your order is placed โ not when it ships. You'll receive an order confirmation email right after as your record of purchase.
My payment failed. What do I do?
Don't stress โ it happens and it's usually a quick fix. Double check your billing address, card number, expiration date, and CVV. Some banks flag online purchases as a precaution โ a quick call to your bank usually clears it right up. If you've tried everything and it's still not working, reach out to us directly and we'll help you get your order placed.
I see a charge I don't recognize. What should I do?
