Shipping policy

We only ship within the United States — and the good news? It's always free. No minimums, no codes, no catching the fine print on your first shipment to you. That's a promise.

When Will It Arrive?

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). We get started on your order as soon as it comes in, and it's packed and ready within that window.

Note: Our shop floor is closed Mondays, but our shipping team is still working — so Monday handling continues as normal

Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday–Saturday). Once it leaves our hands, it's on its way to yours.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days from the day you order.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will start processing the next business day. We do not process or ship on Sundays.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

Please double check your shipping address before you hit confirm — once an order is placed, we move fast and can't always catch it in time to make changes.

If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we'll reach out to you right away. Getting it back out to you the first time is always free — but if the return happened because of an address error on the order, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility. We'll let you know the exact amount before sending it back out, so there's no surprise.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@blackbirdboutique.shop — the sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of fixing it before it ships, at no cost to you.

Delays & Holidays

We're a small team and we work hard to get every order out on time — but sometimes things outside our control slow things down. Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday seasons can all affect delivery times.

During major holidays, please order a little earlier than you think you need to — we'd hate for your package to arrive late. We'll always do our best on our end, and we appreciate your patience on theirs.
