You Have 30 Days
Life happens, we get it. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After that window, we aren't able to help — so don't wait too long!

For us to accept your return, your item needs to be:
Unworn and unused, tags still on, in its original packaging, returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just ask us before you buy — we're happy to check.

How to Return
Don't just send it back — reach out to us first at contact@blackbirdboutique.shop and we'll take care of you from there. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you — just print it, pack your item, and drop it off wherever that carrier accepts packages.

Items sent back without contacting us first won't be accepted — so please reach out before you ship anything back.

Something Arrived Wrong or Damaged?
Open your package as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — contact us right away. We'll figure it out and make it right, every time, at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Here's the simplest way: return your item first using the steps above (your label is free), and once it's accepted, place a new order for what you actually want. Faster, cleaner, and you get exactly what you're looking for.

Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know right away if it's approved. If it is — your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank might take a little extra time on their end to post it. If 15 business days pass and you still don't see it, contact us at contact@blackbirdboutique.shop and we'll look into it immediately.
